SOF Hospitality is expanding to Austin and is hiring a Host/Hostess for our new upscale steakhouse. We operate restaurants in Houston, New Orleans, and Costa Rica. We are a vibrant and dynamic hospitality group known for our diverse menus, exquisite cocktails, and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy memorable dining experiences.
Our Host is the friendly face who greets and seats guests promptly and professionally. Our host has excellent organizational and communication skills. We are looking for OPEN and FLEXIBLE availability! Please apply if you can work weekdays or weekends. Part time and Full time are available.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fine dining restaurant and guest-to-guest interaction, proficiency in reservation systems (like Open Table or Resy), a polished appearance, and preferably a Food Handler permit.
IDEAL TRAITS: Experience working in an upscale, fast-paced, and high-energy atmosphere. You enjoy being detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. Able to take constructive criticism, quick-witted, and have the desire to strive for excellence.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
